Logo, colour and typography rules give later marketing and documents a common reference. The guide turns a visual direction into something another contributor can follow.
Grouped work items and quantities give the scope a consistent structure. The editable table provides a place to describe what the customer is being asked to consider.

From the service to the conversation.
The service range and enquiry path are part of the same website. These public details show how build types are named and what a prospective client can supply for the next conversation.
Project type, location and photos or plans can be supplied together through the enquiry interface. This example shows empty public fields.

From the retained evidence
A considered start on mobile.
For someone checking a builder's work on a phone, the page needs to respond and stay steady. A retained mobile lab report gives us a dated check of those foundations.

The context
The business.
Mark Collins Builder works across homes, renovations and sheds. The business also includes the related Mountain Made Tiny Homes brand. This work brought the broader building capability into view and connected its presentation to the documents around a job.
The public presentation had become closely associated with the tiny-home range. The builder's wider work needed a clear identity and explanation, with a consistent reference for the website, marketing and customer-facing documents.
What we needed to understand.
We needed to understand the full building offer, the relationship between the two brands and what an owner would need when preparing the next piece of material. That included the ordinary document details: heading styles, colours and layouts that should have an established reference.
How we approached it.
We worked across brand foundations, messaging, website copy and development. The supporting work prepared editable estimate, quote and correspondence templates, with coordinated versions for Mountain Made. Defined styles and a workflow checklist carried the design decisions into usable document examples.

A closer look
The detail behind the work.
The quote is part of the brand too.
The quote and estimate templates include defined heading styles, theme colours and page layouts. An owner adding a section has a heading style to apply. Supporting correspondence and a workflow checklist cover the steps around them.
One business, with room for the full offer.
The messaging work puts the builder's broader capability into view. The brand guide gives future marketing, design and advertising contributors a reference for how the business wants to present itself.
More than a page
The foundations around the delivery.
01
Brand and messaging guide
A practical reference for future content and design work.
02
Editable document system
Quotes, estimates and correspondence designed for ongoing use in Word.
03
Website foundation
A focused presentation of the builder and a structured way to receive enquiries.
The practical value.
The brand guide gives future contributors a shared reference. The editable quote-template examples show how that reference can reach the next document: an added section has a heading style and a layout to work within.
