The context
Mountain Made Tiny Homes is the tiny-home brand associated with Mark Collins Builder. This part of the same business relationship focused on the identity, range explanation and sales documents around a considered purchase.
A prospective buyer needed information they could return to after an initial conversation. The range, layouts, features and builder background needed to hold together across a brochure and the supporting document examples.
We needed to understand what helped explain the range, which details belonged together in the brochure and how Mountain Made should relate to the broader builder identity. The same decisions also needed to make sense when applied to stationery and editable quote or estimate documents.
We developed coordinated brand foundations and applications, then brought the range, layouts, features and builder background into the sales brochure. Related style guidance, stationery and document templates gave the two brands considered versions of the supporting material.
A closer look
More than a page
Identity and style guidance carried across several applications.
A structured account of the product range and the questions around it.
Editable estimate and quote templates aligned with the brand.
The brochure gives the product story a useful format to revisit. The associated brand and document examples show how the same foundation can carry through the stages around a sale. This is the earlier brand and collateral work within the Mark Collins Builder relationship.
