Tier One Copper exploration services website
Public website capture. Our role covered discovery, website copy, design, development and later content updates.

The context

The business.

Tier One Copper is a specialist mineral-exploration team. The website had a focused role: give potential clients, partners and industry contacts a credible place to understand the business and the people behind it.

The business problem.

Someone checking a specialist business needs to establish what it offers, who is involved and whether a conversation would be relevant. The website needed to present that technical proposition clearly and keep the route to contact straightforward.

What we needed to understand.

Discovery needed to establish who would be looking up the business, which services and team credentials mattered to them, and what information would help them judge fit. Those answers gave the content a purpose and helped define the size of the job.

How we approached it.

We turned the discovery into a focused content outline, website copy, design and build, using the client's brand. Later work updated team roles, content and imagery as the business changed. Suggestions for a larger site remained a separate conversation.

What we put together.

  • Business and audience discovery
  • Landing-page content structure and copywriting
  • Website design and development
  • Service and team presentation
  • Later team-role and imagery updates
  • Website hosting and maintenance

A closer look

The detail
behind the work.

Know what the website is there to do.

The discovery work centred on professional validation: who the team is, what it offers and why someone should get in touch. That kept the content focused on the people and expertise rather than adding features without a purpose.

Keep the people and presentation current.

As the team changed, we updated roles and website content. Later imagery updates also helped the presentation reflect the business more closely. Suggestions for a larger site remained a separate conversation.

More than a page

The foundations
around the delivery.

Discovery

A clear account of audiences, specialist services and intended website use.

Service narrative

Technical capabilities organised into an understandable introduction.

Team content

People, roles and expertise presented as part of the proposition.

The practical value.

A focused website can support the check someone makes before getting in touch. The relevant expertise, people and contact details have a clear place together, and later updates can keep that introduction aligned with the business.

The thinking behind the tools

How we choose the setup, where the work adds value and what needs thought along the way.

The work around the website.

Product and brand information need to work together so the offering is easier to explain across the assets a customer sees.
