About ACF ProWordPress tools & the work around them
The right plugin can make a task easier: collecting an enquiry, updating product information or finding the right image. The value comes from choosing it well, configuring it properly and looking after the result.
Explore the package previewDraft for review
Proposed from AU$129/month ex GST.
A draft package for one marketing website, bringing hosting, routine care and selected licences into one agreed service. We review the existing site, access and dependencies before confirming the plan.
The $29 static-site hosting option remains a separate offer. A WordPress site has a different maintenance job.
Talk through your websiteOne marketing website, sized and configured for its needs.
Separate scope: Email inboxes, domains and third-party usage fees.
Agreed WordPress, theme and plugin update checks, with a recovery route.
Separate scope: Major repairs, rebuilds or inherited compatibility problems.
A scheduled backup routine, agreed retention and restore checks.
Separate scope: Any recovery guarantee or response commitment outside the written scope.
Key pages and the agreed enquiry route checked after relevant changes.
Separate scope: Continuous transaction monitoring or an around-the-clock service desk.
The proposed tools below, where the site needs them and current client-site entitlement is confirmed.
Separate scope: A licence key transfer, standalone software bundle or every plugin in this library.
A clear route for requesting a change or expanding the site.
Separate scope: Content credits, ongoing SEO, campaigns, commerce, bookings and custom development.
Fewer separate licence purchases
Compare the licences you would buy for one website with the tools proposed for this package. Select only what the site needs and what you do not already license. If those licences are confirmed in your care agreement, you do not buy them separately.
5 selected tools. Includes USD 59.00 in one-time purchases.
Vendor prices are in US dollars before tax, checked 1 November 2026. Our proposed hosting and care fee is in Australian dollars and is additional. This is software purchasing value, with no currency conversion or net hosting saving calculated.
Use the checkboxes to compare the tools relevant to your site.
| Tool & purpose | First purchase | Later annual renewal | In the proposed package |
|---|---|---|---|
| USD 79.00 first yearVendor pricing | USD 79.00 | Proposed when neededAnnual licence. Theme/builder and updates for one live website. | |
| USD 79.00 first yearVendor pricing | USD 79.00 | Proposed when neededSmallest available plan covers three sites. We use the whole purchase price, not a divided per-site figure. | |
| USD 47.20 first yearVendor pricing | USD 59.00 | Proposed when neededDisplayed introductory price US$47.20; regular annual renewal US$59. Core Personal features only. Premium integrations are additional. | |
| USD 49.00 first yearVendor pricing | USD 49.00 | Proposed when neededAnnual PRO licence. Insights, AI credits and ongoing SEO services are excluded. | |
| USD 59.00 onceVendor pricing | No annual renewal | Proposed when neededOne-time purchase with unlimited-site coverage. Counted once in the first year, never as a recurring saving. |
The comparison has boundaries. Automatic.css has a three-site entry plan; HappyFiles sells an unlimited-site licence. Their whole purchase prices are shown because there is no one-site tier in this comparison. One-time costs are counted once. WS Form uses its displayed introductory price, then its regular renewal.
The service does more than provide software. Choosing the stack, configuring it, checking updates and understanding the business are part of the work. A software licence alone does not deliver those outcomes. Free tools and developer-only utilities have no invented retail saving here.
The final agreement names the tools. Client-site eligibility and update access are checked before inclusion. Agency licences stay with Knighton Digital; any future move or licence replacement is agreed during handover. Additional integrations, sending services, image credits, payment fees and AI usage are outside these figures.
Performance tools are agreed separately. Perfmatters is in our delivery library, with a client-owned licence or vendor-confirmed arrangement where required. It is excluded from this proposed bundled value.
The delivery library
Plugins, themes, build resources and utilities recorded in our toolkit. They cover different jobs and are selected per project. Reference and legacy items are labelled; this is not a list of plugins to install on every site.

Our recorded WS Form library also includes connectors for Brevo, FluentCRM, Stripe Elements, PayPal Checkout, PDF, Post Management, User Management, Option Management, Google Sheets, Google Drive, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Keyword Blocklist and Webex. These belong to the WS Form ecosystem, so they are not counted again as separate base licences. The exact add-ons, accounts and implementation are agreed for each project.
Product names and vendor marks identify independent products. They do not imply endorsement. Links go to official vendor or WordPress product sources; no affiliate links are active.
No. We choose the smallest useful set for the work, the platform and the people maintaining it. The library includes alternatives, specialist tools and delivery utilities.
This is a draft WordPress package for owner review. The final proposal names the hosting scope, tools, update path, response arrangements and any work priced separately.
We agree the handover and any customer-owned licences in writing. Agency licences do not automatically transfer. Replacement licences or a different support arrangement may be needed for continued updates.
Those services have their own scope. Routine care and an SEO plugin help maintain a foundation; ongoing research, content, campaigns and optimisation are separate work.
